What is a Design or Code Block

A quick introduction to using Design or Code Blocks

Hey, and welcome to this introduction to Design and Code Blocks. Blocks are standalone pieces of software that can be integrated into existing projects as quickly as possible.

The Design Block

As you might guess, a design block (DB) is a block of software that contains close to no functionality. It focuses on the UI and UX in the form of color schemes, designs, animations, or work-flows. A DB uses delegates to enable you to add the required functionality/logic.

Example Design Block

The Code Block

Compared to the Design Block, a Code Block contains close to no design and is packed with specific, complex functionality. This can be a manager for specific SDK’S or Database connections.
